A Leadfeeder alternative depends on which job you are replacing. Leadfeeder turns website traffic into a list of visiting companies. A replacement either does that same job at a different price or in a different region, does a deeper job by naming the person who visited, or does a different job by finding accounts and contacts from public signals without waiting for a visit. Write down why you are leaving on a Switch Reason Sheet first, because the reason points to one of those three lanes and decides which tools belong on your list.
Leadfeeder Alternative: The Short Answer
- Fact: Leadfeeder's own pricing page sells company-level web visitors, with a free Lite plan, Discover from $79 a month billed annually, Activate from $369 and Scale from $599, and it counts a unique company identified from your traffic once a month.
- Inference: a list of alternatives with no stated reason for switching cannot be right for you, because the tools below answer three different questions.
- Opinion: pick a lane before a vendor. Compare vendors inside a lane on the identification unit, the price unit and the region, and run both tools on the same traffic before you cancel.
- Fact: Lead Seeker is not a visitor identification platform, so it belongs to the third lane only.
Start With the Switch Reason Sheet
The Switch Reason Sheet is one line per reason, written before any trial. Each reason points to a lane and a test.
| Reason for leaving | Lane | What to test |
|---|---|---|
| The identified-company cap or plan price is too high | Same job | Cost per identified company on your own traffic, using each vendor's billing unit |
| Traffic outside one region goes unidentified | Same job | Coverage for your geography, taken from each vendor's own statement |
| Reps need the person, not the company | Deeper job | Whether the person is named, how, in which countries, and what a repeat visit costs |
| Reps still research contacts by hand | Deeper job or different job | Verified contacts at the company, and who pays for each |
| Traffic is too thin to feed a sales team | Different job | Whether accounts found by signal are a better use of the seat than a visit list |
| One platform should replace three tools | Same job, inside a larger platform | The platform's identification unit and what it does without the rest of the suite |
The Three Job Lanes
A Job Lane is the job a tool does for you. A tool can sit in two lanes, so place it by the feature you would actually use.
- Same-job lane (company-level visitor identification): resolves visits into companies. Examples in the rubric: Leadfeeder, Snitcher, Leadinfo, Demandbase, 6sense and ZoomInfo WebSights.
- Deeper-job lane (person-level identification): names an individual. Example: RB2B, which sells person-level identification for U.S. visitors on paid plans.
- Different-job lane (search by signal): finds accounts and contacts without a visit, from public records and events. Example: Lead Seeker. For the contact-data side of this lane, see the guide to the best B2B contact database.
Opinion: the same-job lane is the least risky to switch inside, because the output is the same type. The other two lanes change the workflow around the tool, so plan the handoff to sales before you buy.
One Rubric for Eight Tools
Every tool is read against the same columns, taken from the vendor's own page. "Not stated" means the page cited does not say. Tools are listed alphabetically, and the table is split in two with rows in the same order.
| Tool | What it identifies | Contact data documented | Source page (date shown) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6sense | A guide to anonymous visitor identification and outreach prioritization; the identification unit is not stated in the guide | Not stated | Anonymous Visitor Identification guide (March 12, 2025) |
| Demandbase | Accounts, using a probabilistic model on an identity graph built from IP and cookie signals; says the model has some margin of error; does not show IP addresses | Not stated | FAQs: Account Identification, help center (no date shown) |
| Lead Seeker | Not a visitor identification tool; accounts and people found from public signals against an ICP you describe | A verified contact in each dossier | How it works (no date shown) |
| Leadfeeder | Unique companies identified from your traffic, counted once a month | Verified emails and phones on Activate | Pricing (no date shown) |
| Leadinfo | Identified companies in plan bands starting at 0 to 50 | Names a database of decision makers with LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers and emails | Pricing (no date shown) |
| RB2B | Company-level on the free plan; person-level for primarily U.S. visitors on paid plans, counted in resolutions | Business email addresses on Pro and above | Plans side-by-side, knowledge base (updated "over 2 weeks ago" per the page) |
| Snitcher | Unique companies identified each month; contact-level details when you choose to reveal them | Contact enrichment on every plan | Pricing (no date shown) |
| ZoomInfo | Companies and decision makers, with a filter that separates real company traffic from automated traffic | Decision-maker contacts through its database | WebSights, visitor identification page (no date shown) |
| Tool | Price unit and starting price on page | Region note on page | Relationship |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6sense | Not stated | Not stated | None |
| Demandbase | Not stated | Not stated | None |
| Lead Seeker | Lead Units: Pilot $99 one-time; Starter $149 per month; Growth $499 per month; Scale $1,299 per month | Not stated | Publishes this guide |
| Leadfeeder | Identified companies; Lite $0; Discover $79 per month billed annually ($113 monthly); Activate $369 ($527 monthly); Scale $599; paid-plan company caps listed as "Tiered" | Not stated | None |
| Leadinfo | Identified companies; Starter €69 per month; Scale €159 per month | Prices shown in EUR, GBP, USD or DKK | None |
| RB2B | Resolutions; Free $0 (150); Starter $79 (300); Pro from $149; Pro+ from $199 | Contact-level identification for primarily U.S. visitors; Pro+ lists wider coverage | None |
| Snitcher | Unique companies a month; $49 for 0 to 50, up to $529 for 4,001 to 5,000 | Describes itself as GDPR compliant and company-level | None |
| ZoomInfo | Not stated | Not stated | None |
Fact: the billing units differ. Leadfeeder and Snitcher count unique companies, RB2B counts resolutions, and Leadinfo bands identified companies, so a price per month is not a price per result. Fact: RB2B's support page lists coverage of 15 to 20 percent on the free plan, 30 to 40 percent on Starter and Pro, and 70 to 80 percent on Pro+, while its pricing page shows 35 to 45 percent for Pro+, so quote each figure with its page and never as one rate. Fact: ZoomInfo's page says its filter separates company traffic from automated traffic; none of the other pages cited describes an equivalent. Fact: Warmly's pricing page now carries the banner "HubSpot is acquiring Warmly", so check its status before shortlisting it. For purchase-decision detail across eight visitor vendors, see the website visitor identification vendors comparison, which owns the billing-unit and pilot method. For what an unmasked visit does and does not prove, see the Resolution Stack.
Where Lead Seeker, Percepture and Pyra Fit
Lead Seeker fits the different-job lane. Following how Lead Seeker works, you describe the ICP and roles, it scans public signals and returns a source-backed dossier with a verified contact and the trigger, and it syncs to Salesforce or HubSpot. Opinion: that suits teams whose traffic is too thin to fill a visitor list, or who want accounts before the visit. It does not tell you what a visitor looked at. For the signal-to-lead step, Percepture explains how to use intent data to identify sales qualified leads. Percepture is the agency Bob Generale leads,. Pyra, an AI agent and GTM automation company, matters only if you want to automate follow-up after an alert exists. Both are related to Lead Seeker. For wider tool choice, see the top B2B sales intelligence tools roundup and the guide to Common Room alternatives for sales intelligence, which does the same job-first split for another platform.
A 30-Day Replacement Test
- Write the Switch Reason Sheet. One line per reason, with the figure that would settle each.
- Choose one tool per lane from the rubric, and use the free plan or trial each page describes. Leadfeeder offers a 14-day trial with no card; the others state their own trial terms on their pages.
- Run the candidate beside Leadfeeder on the same pages for the same period, and export both lists.
- Compare on ICP fit, not raw count. Count how many identified companies match your written ICP, how many overlap, and how many each tool alone found. This is a method, not a result.
- For the different lane, run one signal search against the same ICP and ask sales which list they would call first.
- Decide on the reason you wrote down, not on the longest list.
Limitations
- This is a documentation-based comparison, not a hands-on product test.
- Documents change. Vendor documentation and service requirements can change. Prices here come from each vendor's own page on the snapshot date.
- No identification rate was tested. Coverage figures are the vendor's own and use different bases.
- Eight tools are a sample, not the market. Others, including Lead Forensics, Albacross and Factors.ai, are not rated here.
- "Not stated" is scoped to the page cited. A product may do more than its page says.
- The Switch Reason Sheet and the Job Lane are editorial methods, not standards.
- Related-party rows rely on their own pages. Lead Seeker publishes this guide, and Percepture and Pyra are related companies.
- Naming differs across sources. Some pages call the product Dealfront and others call Dealfront the former name; this guide uses Leadfeeder, the name on its own pricing page.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best Leadfeeder alternative?
It depends on the job. For the same job at a different price, compare company-level tools on cost per identified company. For the person, compare person-level tools by country. For accounts without visits, use a signal-based tool.
Is there a free Leadfeeder alternative?
Leadfeeder has a free Lite plan, and RB2B lists a free plan with 150 resolutions a month at company level. Snitcher and others list free trials. Check each page's limits before relying on one.
Does Lead Seeker replace Leadfeeder?
No. Lead Seeker does not identify website visitors. It finds verified contacts at accounts that match your ICP and show a public signal, so it fits teams that want accounts before a visit.
How This Guide Was Built
The Switch Reason Sheet, the Job Lane and the test above are this guide's own editorial methods, not vendor features or benchmarks. Every tool is read against the same columns, and a cell is filled only from a named vendor page or marked "Not stated". The vendor pages are primary sources for their own features and prices. Labels Fact, Inference and Opinion mark what a source states, what follows from it and what the author recommends. Nothing here is a hands-on test of a product or a client result. This is an October 25, 2026 snapshot.
